Ford Search Partners, a brand new recruitment firm, aimed to establish a distinct brand and strong online presence to effectively reach and engage clients and candidates in their sector.
Brand Design Process
The process began with crafting a visual brand identity that resonates with their target market. The design team started by understanding the firm's values, target audience, and industry positioning, which informed the creation of a logo that embodies professionalism and connectivity - key aspects of the firm's ethos.
The logo features a modern, geometric design with a bold colour palette, symbolising strong connections between employers and top-tier talent. Alongside the logo, a cohesive visual identity was developed, including typography, colour schemes, and imagery guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications.


Web Design & Development
The second phase involved developing a website from scratch as the primary platform for operations and brand representation. Facing the challenge of no existing online presence, the team designed a clean, modern interface focused on usability and accessibility. The site features responsive design, intuitive navigation, and a dedicated portal for employers and job seekers, with a backend customised for scalability and updates.
